Bio
Currently, Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering since 1993 in the Department of Chemical Engineering of the Rovira i Virgili University (Tarragona, Spain), I have got the BSc of Chemistry in 1986, the Diploma of Advanced Studies in 1987 and the PhD in Chemistry, speciality Chemical Engineering, in 1991, all them from the University of Barcelona (Tarragona, Spain). In addition, I performed an one and a half year postdoctoral stage (1994-1995) in the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of California-Los Angeles (USA). I have been Director of the Department of Chemical Engineering for eight years (2012-2020) and Responsible of the Doctoral Programme in Chemical, Environmental and Process Engineering from 2006 to 2011.
