M.Carmen Bermudo obtained a BSC in Chemistry and BSC in Biochemistry from Universitat Rovira i Virgili and a postgraduate certificate in Nutrition and Metabolism. Since 2003, she joined Interfibio Group of the DEQ as Senior Technician, where she has contributed to the experimental work of more than 15 research projects and has participated in 12 scientific technical publications. She has been mentor's students in their final thesis. As a research support technician, she has carried out quality control and good practice tasks in laboratories, taking control of the organisation, orders and preparation of work manuals. Over the last few years, she has taken part in numerous dissemination activities, including her participation in the Repte Experimenta programme, in Science Week and in science fairs in schools. She is also a volunteer in a sports organisation and in an oncological association for cancer research. |
